I placed an order a month ago that promised delivery within 1-5 days. Clearly, I, along with many others, have not received anything. After requesting a refund, I received a generic message a week later with a shipping update and a note saying they would process my refund if I still wanted it. I replied, reminding them I had already requested a refund. A week later, I got another message asking if I was sure about missing out on the experience. After asking for a refund twice over several weeks, they still haven't processed it. I strongly advise against engaging with this service.
