I am on my second transfer of SIPP funds from another provider into my Freetrade SIPP in response to their promotional cash rewards programs. The response from Freetrade is quick and smooth and I am kept informed by their online processes. With other providers, transfers can be painfully slow. My other provider asks me to copy off forms (I don't own a printer) fill them in and return them before they even start on a transfer. And their charges are much higher. If I message them it takes a day or more for a reply. Freetrade is on to the case straight away and are familiar with what to do and quickly get the transfer through. They seem to have well devised processes. Once I have funds in my SIPP with Freetrade charges are low and easy to understand. I got used to the way Freetrade works, in a short space of time.
