I have just received the most “stuff the planet pro-oil drilling/ anti-net zero” puff piece into my email inbox, from Freetrade. The views expressed are entirely partisan and show no sense of balance, particularly when in the long term the consensus is that the costs of doing this are far higher than not. I will be selling my shares, and closing my account, on Monday.

No replies! My pension is being transferred over and the fund fees are a lot higher than what I had with my previous provider. Instead of buying similar funds I want them to now hold as cash. I’m trying to chat with an advisor on pensions and there is just radio silence. It’s terrible. There is no telephone number to contact them to advise them of what I want. Hopefully they will reach out to me after writing this review. It’s a shame I’ve had to write this review in order to try and get their attention. I would avoid dealing with this company.
Trying to transfer in and need my ISA account number. There is no contact telephone number and have been left with an automated message they will get back to myself in 2-3 working days. If orders, executions, account or payment queries can take 3 working days before they respond I wont be with this broker for long.
