If I could rate 0 I could.Never received item. ‘Returned to sender’, chased refund and continually fobbed off. Processed a chargeback from credit card company and then miraculously contacted directly by company begging to cancel the chargeback and they’d refund… not understanding that it wouldn’t have got to that point if they’d have bothered to refund in the first instance. Claim to have quick and continuous customer service, but it’s more ‘lip service’. I’d stick to tried and tested brands in the future.
