Today I wanted to make a payment at 4:08 pm (door indicates the business closes at 6:00 pm. I walked in the door with the intention of making a payment and employee sitting behind the desk (standing up) and told me she couldn’t help me because she hadn’t eaten lunch yet. I was disgusted of the tone in which she spoke to me in front of another customer. She was very rude and did not help. I asked what time she could help me and she said 4:30. Came back to business and door was locked 4:40 pm. She sat there at her desk with that same customer this entire time. As a paying customer, to help pay her wages, treated me with disrespect and discounted me as a person, a paying customer. This has put a “bad reputation” for this company and feel the employee should take accountability and apologize to me in person. Otherwise, I will seek other avenues for car insurance and spread this to all friends, family, coworkers and anyone else who I come to cross paths with. No one should be treated how she (the employee) at the freeway insurance branch located at 3741 Nameoki, granite city, Illinois 62040. I give this Review zero stars!!!
