I am having issues with this company as I still have not received my order from October 26, 2024. In communicating with this company, I have been told I couldn't cancel my order as it has already been shipped. I never received a notification that it was shipped nor do I have a tracking number. It never was shipped. They offered to refund $101 of shipping when the order was supposed to ship free and ship from Mississippi!!!! I found out from my Credit Card statement the company is in Hong Kong!!! Go figure!!!! Rip off and a scam. I still have no refund or merchandise. At this point, I will not accept the package even if it does arrive. These companies need to be held accountable. They are literally stealing from people and getting away with it!!!!!
