BEWARE! The company does not have good intentions. Scam! Took over 6 weeks to get a simple overpriced advent calendar that apparently I could have gotten from Amazon in a couple days for half the price. The address that is of record (2171 Travis Street, 33401, West Palm Beach) does not exist! Do your research!
This is a scam company! First they take your order and overcharge you for shipping! Then you wait several weeks while the pretend package goes through shipping from Italy. Bogus tracking number used. Finally after several weeks it will say delivered by your local postal carrier, they steal tracking numbers with your zip code to make it look like what you ordered was delivered. I called the post office and they said this is a typical scam. The tracking number is a stolen one with a delivery to the same town. Different name, different address! Contact your credit card company ASAP if you purchased anything from them.
Complete scam!! They showed one product and after several weeks they sent me something about 1/8 of the size that was in video. Then when I complained they wanted pictures of paperwork in package. Hhmmm., there wasn't any paperwork in the package so they say I can't get a refund with no proof. Yet they told me my purchase #, product # and other info.
Nothing like the video then tried to charge me extra. The stuff in the very small calendar box 8 1/2" square. There were only six actual gnomes that were even close to the video the rest was just trash. So very disappointing. What a scam.
This is a scam DO NOT BUY!!!!!!Their add says 31 days but my calendar only has 24 days. They offered me a $5 dollar refund. I have since told them the only acceptable solution is them to return my money and send me a prepaid return label. We shall see how this plays out.
This company is 100% a scam. STAY AWAY. I ordered a Halloween advent calendar...with 31 days (as it should have) and "custom made gnomes" as the little prizes behind each window. It was $39.99. They sent me an extremely poorly made piece of junk. The calendar only has 24 days (yes, 24 days) and apparently Halloween is actually on Oct 24th. Additionally, the "prizes" are tiny pieces of plastic junk...no "hand crafted gnomes" as the product description clearly listed. When I complained they tried to tell me, over and over and over again, that the product I received is the same product they advertised. Even after I sent pictures with the product they advertised and the product I received, they still tried to say the product was identical. It is an absolute joke. They offered to credit me $2. Then they raised their "offer" to $4...then to $6. Right now they are at $16 and have told me that is more than fair as the product they sent was the correct product. The company is a complete scam. Please stay away from Freigexact!!!
FAKE! FAKE! FAKE! SCAM! Do not order from them at all. I ordered the advent gnome calendar in June and it said in the video and page that each gnome is hand made and in the USA. Lies. Its made in China. N they look nothing like the video or pictures at all. Took them to ship it out after a month after being paid and I filed a dispute with PayPal because I didn’t receive it. That’s how I found out the company was in China. Tried reaching out to them and number is no good. Still nothing. Once PayPal notified them through email they again only sent the tracking number and no correspondences. Tracking still showed nothing shipped. Finally I received the item today and knew instantly it was a fake. It’s only 12 inches tall and the box is nothing like the video’s. The gnomes are terrible looking and nothing like the pictures at all. There are no lights or music on the box and again this box is only 12 inches tall and 14 inches wide when opened. I can get better quality from the dollar store. I will get getting my money back because I have protection under PayPal for this exact reason. DON’T BUY!
