The shipment was collected and delivered on schedule. However, my representative has been unresponsive regarding my request for a signed proof of delivery. It's been a week since I asked for the documents, and I've heard nothing back. Without this signed proof, my company can't process the payment, which complicates matters significantly, especially since my customer is a government entity. This has been a very frustrating experience.
