I've purchased Van Houten (6 units), payed for it (with transportation included) and after some days I receive an email from you telling me that a delay has happen because you did not have the product to send. I call this a bad commercial practice and I sent an email demanding a refund in case of no solution in 10 days. Till this day, nothing: no product, no money! What did you expect??
