Product was fine, but shipping costs were high

The product met my expectations, but I found the shipping fees to be excessively high. It would be helpful to consider reducing those costs.

Great product, but shipping was a disaster

I would give the quality of the product a perfect score, but the shipping service was terrible! The delivery was made to a location over 6km from my home, causing significant inconvenience as I don't have a car. I won't order again unless I can be assured that a different shipping method will be used.
