We absolutely love our Lovestory Cocoon Mole Velvet bed. It is stunningly beautiful and clearly built to last, featuring high-quality wood and excellent craftsmanship.The service from French Bedroom was phenomenal. From the personal phone call to confirm our order and delivery details to the lovely surprise of complimentary pillowcases, the customer care was a wonderful touch.The only reason this isn’t a 5/5 rating is the packaging. The foam/tape used on the headboard left imprints on the velvet nap that, unfortunately, cannot be brushed out.Despite that minor issue, I highly recommend French Bedroom. Their products are high-quality, and their customer service is truly amazing.
