I ordered a sidetable from the website which seemed classy & clean; first problem they changed the delivery time slot on the same day & when they missed me, no email or a call the next days to reschedule. Next problem is quite serious, the item i received (cream xolor woth gold) had some black spots all over that weren't visible on the website and when emailing the customer service they talk about "intentional distressing" to make the product "unique" & hence not fully refunding us because the product came as "expected".. I explained that it is not visible anywhere & different from the photo displayed in the website (which had no black spots and were lighter than the actual product so, for us, it was not expected to look like that)but they were indifferent & deducted money from the refund, i am very disappointed & do not recommend buying online from this website
