Then when u ask for a refund, before it’s shipped you are met with denial and up charges of “20” fees + customs fees. Their shipping timelines on their website are inaccurate and NOT consistent. Seems like they care more about getting your money than customers experience. They are shady and want you to pay for EVERYTHING to keep their profits, don’t engage with them. Or you will lose $330 like me.
