HOPE THIS IS A WAKE-UP CALL FOR YOUR COMPANY TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT MORE TO FOLLOW.

Don't let the attractive website fool you. I encountered the worst customer service imaginable. The size chart provided is either incorrect, or the team lacks proper knowledge. The fit was awful. When I requested a return for a refund, they proposed sending an exchange for a custom fit after I provided my measurements. Unfortunately, the exchanged item was even smaller than the original. When I reached out again for a return, they refused, claiming that the set was tailored to my specifications. I even shared comparison pictures. This frustrating experience could have been avoided if they had simply honored a return for a refund initially. I haven't even removed the tags, as I can't wear them. I'm an XXL, and the set fits more like a medium or large. A quick search revealed numerous others on a platform who faced the same issue, so at least I'm not alone! A total of $79 wasted!
