Shopped in FrenchEye Guildford last December when floor worker named Han (you can see him on the photos in other reviews) misled me on their exchange and return policy, didn’t say that it is only 14 days and that discounted items are non-refundable, even after I clearly asked him about it and explained that I’m going to take items to try on at home and may need to return them. He was very pushy and pressured me to buy everything I put my eye on, even after repeatedly being told that I don’t want the items. Then come January when I come back to return one item he says that he can’t do that and refuses refund even after being told that he didn’t explain the return policy, to which he didn’t object. Apparently it was saying on the email receipt that it’s is non-refundable. Receipt that they send of course only after you already pay for it! So missselling all around just to make a sale. Then he tried to push me to buy even more stuff instead of giving me a refund, or that he can take an item back and sell it for cash and then maybe give me money back. Street market practices in the shopping mall. In the end told me to come back in a month, because owner is on vacation(of course), just to get rid of me. So I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Similar pushy experience in FrenchEye White City, the guy was pushing and pushing but then just said “we can’t do business with you” because they couldn’t match the size of the costume.
