Refused to reimburse for lost order!I ordered October 8, 2021. Today is November 13, 2021 & I still have NOT received my order! I sent a copy (more than once) of THEIR verification that my order was delivered to a church rather than my post office box. Jerome told me to file a Police report to get a refund. How do I file a Police report on a delivery person I don't know? After MANY requests for reimbursement, Jerome REFUSED, sent an insulting note, and told me not to order from them anymore. Beware: Do not to confuse French Pharmacy (poor service) with The French Pharmacy! (Two DIFFERENT companies!)
