SCAM

SCAM - avoid at ALL costs. This website sells a counterfeit version of the cult French retinol “A313.” This site made their own formulation with peanut oil (this has never been, and still is not used in the original formulation available in France) and even trademarked it under a fraudulent trademark, imitating the French brand’s name but without an accent. A scammer of the highest order. Disgusting.

Absolutely not

Absolutely not. It’s a fake A313, and the customer service you get is just constant automated replies from their AI bot. Have yet to hear from a human, how convenient that I will not hear back about HOW to return their fake cream within the window allotted. Had to dispute with BOfA. Do not bother. Look for the pomade on the label and read about their scams online.

Looks like fraud

I am very unsure whether these are actually genuine products. I ordered a tube of A313 — and at the same time bought a tube from a pharmacy in France. Both tubes are very different (even though the contents look the same).The prints and the description of the ingredients are completely different — the product from French Pharmacy doesn’t even have an ingredient list at all. Nothing matches up!In addition, the product from French Pharmacy didn’t even come with a package leaflet.And of course, all of this at three times the price at French Pharmacy. From my point of view, this is outright fraud and I will be taking further steps.

Hoping for a positive outcome

I placed an order with French Pharmacy on 04/27 but had to file a claim when my order still had not arrived by 05/05. The customer service representative, Timothy, was very responsive and assisted with the filing of the claim and re-shipped the items ordered within 24-hours. Hopefully, I will receive this shipment without issue. However, Timothy deserves credit for the patient, courteous, and professional manner with which he handled my query. I will update my review if/when I receive the products ordered and have had a chance to use them.
