Over five days, three different staff members (support agents Ophelia and Kethrine, then Compliance Officer Kira Carter) confirmed that Fresh-bet does not offer deposit limits and can only disable deposits entirely or suspend accounts.Yet in their response to another Trustpilot reviewer as recently as 28 January 2026, just two weeks before my request, Fresh-bet's team wrote: "We offer self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and account restrictions directly through our platform." This is demonstrably false.Fresh-bet's Responsible Gaming page explicitly lists "Account limits" as a feature they provide, but when customers actually request these tools, staff confirm they're not available. When I raised this contradiction with compliance (Case ID #54), they refused to answer and simply directed me to read their Terms & Conditions, which contain no mention of deposit limits whatsoever.Their Terms state "Ryker B.V. is is pending application by the GCB" and the Curaçao Gaming Authority registry shows their licence OGL/2024/1800/1049 as "In Assessment" as of February 2026, raising serious questions about whether they hold valid authorization to operate. Their dispute resolution page lists Curaçao eGaming as their ADR contact, but Curaçao eGaming ceased licensing operations in October 2024 and their website is currently under maintenance.Curaçao's Responsible Gaming Policy (effective 17 April 2025) explicitly mandates that operators provide deposit limits. Fresh-bet is 10+ months past that policy publication and still hasn't implemented these mandatory features. For an operator whose licence is "In Assessment," this failure to meet basic responsible gaming requirements is particularly concerning.Fresh-bet publicly claims to offer deposit limits in Trustpilot responses and on their Responsible Gaming page, but they do not actually provide this feature. If you need proper responsible gambling tools like deposit limits to manage your play, look elsewhere. Be very wary of an operator whose licensing status is unclear and whose advertised features don't match reality.
