He took the time to clearly explain everything step by step and made sure my issue was fully resolved before ending the conversation. What impressed me the most was how attentive and respectful he was. It didn’t feel like a standard support interaction — he genuinely cared about helping and making sure I had a good experience.
Customer service like this makes a huge difference. Fresha is already a great platform for booking appointments, but having someone like Donat providing such excellent support makes it even better.
