Altin was very helpful and professional with handling my complaint where I was charged a 20% commission fee by Fresha for a new client who was gifted a voucher from a regular client.
However, Fresha as a company are very disappointing with all of these recent hidden fees being implemented as well as ongoing spam issues with fake online bookings.

I'm a beauty salon who was recommended Fresha as my current booking system is going to go up by 100%.
Before I took the plunge to give them my business I just had one question and after 3 attempts and no reply I guess I'm going to have to look for another company.
I’ve had a response on Trustpilot asking for my account details - I was looking at changing to Fresha Im not with them so I don’t have one.

I recently reached out to Fresha Support team to request transferring ownership of our salon's workspace to the rightful owner. I was impressed by how quickly they responded to our inquiry.
