I am amending my review for fresh clean threads.After a little back-and-forth, fresh clean threads finally refunded me my purchase price.I will continue to order from them as they are a good company and mistakes do happen. I’m just happy that they were able to finally rectify it.Thank you trust pilot and fresh clean threads.I ordered a hoodie for my son who was going to be visiting us for his birthday. They delivered it to the wrong address for whatever reason. Then they sent me a new one that arrived long after my son ended his visit. I had to ship it at my expense.I’ve contacted them and they’ve offered me a 10% coupon which is a slap in the face to me doesn’t even cover the shipping that I had to pay.I had ordered quite a few things from them over the last few years. Not anymore.
