Cleaners turned up 1 hour 30 mins late, no contact until I rang up the main switchboard, meant I had to go back at 8pm on a Sunday to sort keys. Flat was cleaned to a poor standard, lost out on our deposit because of it and emails ignored asking for a re clean as per the conditions of the service.Will update if partial refund given for poor service, but no contact with company since then.
