Booked an end of tenancy clean and was honestly impressed. The cleaners were polite, worked efficiently, and covered all the areas I was concerned about. The oven and carpets came out much cleaner than I thought possible. Made the whole moving process a lot less stressful.
I booked this company for an End of Tenancy cleaning and was very disappointed with the results. The cleaning was far from professional. Although they claim to provide a professional deep cleaning service, it turned out they only clean on the surface. The bathroom was poorly done, where dirt remained on the water tap and under the toilet rims, and the floor was still dirty.
I asked for a partial refund because the work was clearly incomplete, but my request was rejected. They only offered a revisit, which isn’t practical for an End of Tenancy clean since I could only find out about the missed areas after receiving the check-out inspection report.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to its poor quality of service, superficial cleaning, and unwillingness to address genuine customer complaints.

Mo’s team did an excellent job on our end of tenancy clean. They arrived on time, were very polite, and worked really efficiently. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and even the oven looked brand new. We passed our final inspection with no issues. Highly recommend.
Victor’s team were absolutely brilliant. Very thorough and clearly experienced. They paid attention to all the small details like skirting boards, inside cupboards, and light fittings. The property looked amazing afterwards. Really happy with the service.
