A team of very ladies turned up and cleaned my property, at the end they called me back to inspect, which I did and I was very happy with the end results. My Landlady later inspected and wasn`t happy with a few things, I contacted the office and they arranged for the team to return the next day. Suffice to say my Landlady has agreed to release deposit.
