Absolutely disgraceful communication from this alleged 'cleaning' company. We had an invoice for 17 items of post-building cleaning. Out of those, only 3 were completed. Almost NOTHING was done in terms of cleaning. It was shocking. As soon as we saw this, we had to purchase a hoover and other cleaning materials on the spot and start cleaning, as we had to move in on the day and my partner has severe allergies from dust. We sent a complaint email demanding a refund on the day after, at which point Issly Task flat out refused, claimed the evidence we shared could have been 'cleaned in 10-15min' and insisted that their cleaners did a good job. They also accused us that we had ill intentions and were just after a 'free cleaning'. The most mind boggling thing is that even if we wanted a free cleaning, we got NO CLEANING at all from Issly Task.After some back and forth and them accusing us of having ill intentions, their main point was that we didn't call immediately. Turns out my partner DID CALL right after we saw the state of the flat. I also tried calling 4 additional times to discuss the issue, and noone picked up. Overall, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SOMETHING CLEANED! They will flat out scam you out of your money. GET ANYONE BUT THEM and you will be better off. Even if you don't bother cleaning, you will be £200 up versus handing the money to them with the same outcome.We have started formal complaints according to the Consumer Rights Act and will also proceed with other means, not for the money but we do believe it is morally not right to let them get away with such service. EDIT: Adding to this as I could not find a way to reply to the rebuttal below. - We shared multiple pictures of the incomplete and sloppy job. Not just of a lamp and a radiator. This is a flat out lie.- We actually showed you proof that we DID call and noone picked up. Actually I called a total of 8 times over the whole period after. Not even once did anyone pick up. A clear scam.
