Quality has declined

I've previously enjoyed the products from this service, but something has gone terribly wrong over the past year. In December 2024, I ordered two hoodies, not expecting them before the new year. By February, my items still hadn't arrived. I reached out to the support team, who mentioned logistics issues they were addressing. After a few more months, I contacted them again; they offered a refund or a discount, but I just wanted my items. Now it’s December 2025, and their support is nonexistent. No responses, no auto-replies, nothing. I keep receiving advertisements about sales and new products, but it feels like there's no one managing the store anymore. It's disheartening to witness this decline.
