This service is a complete disappointment. My partner ordered a jacket for $100 a year ago (Dec 2024), and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent numerous emails, only to receive a continuous run-around. At one point this summer, they even claimed it was packed and ready for shipping. All falsehoods. They simply took our money with no intention of fulfilling the order. It was only when I threatened to leave a review on a public platform and consider legal action that they completely stopped responding to my emails. They had impressive advertisements and seemingly appealing products for sale, and I'm extremely frustrated to discover that they are a fraudulent service with no apparent accountability.
I've previously enjoyed the products from this service, but something has gone terribly wrong over the past year. In December 2024, I ordered two hoodies, not expecting them before the new year. By February, my items still hadn't arrived. I reached out to the support team, who mentioned logistics issues they were addressing. After a few more months, I contacted them again; they offered a refund or a discount, but I just wanted my items. Now it’s December 2025, and their support is nonexistent. No responses, no auto-replies, nothing. I keep receiving advertisements about sales and new products, but it feels like there's no one managing the store anymore. It's disheartening to witness this decline.

Extremely disappointing. My order took three months to not arrive. After following up, I was informed there was a shipping error. I was offered a refund or a resend. I decided to give them another chance. Now it’s been a year, and despite following up multiple times, I’ve received no replies. All communication feels automated, which is incredibly frustrating. I can no longer reach them because their contact form has hit its limit.
I’m resorting to writing here since they never reply to emails; I’ve never encountered such poor service before. I ordered a bomber jacket on December 23, 2024, and as of November 14, 2025, I have not received any shipment notifications or even an offer for a refund. It appears they have taken my £50 and are unreachable. There’s no evidence to suggest they’re not a scam at this point. I would stop posting reviews if I received an immediate refund or my order.

I still have their email from my last order, but they haven’t responded to any of my messages after a month. This service deserves investigation for potential scam behavior.
