This service is a complete scam. My wife ordered a jacket for $100 a year ago (December 2024), and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent countless emails and received nothing but empty responses. At one point, they claimed it was packed and ready to ship, which turned out to be false. They took our money with no intention of fulfilling the order. Only after I mentioned posting a review and considering legal action did they completely stop responding to my emails. Their advertisements were enticing, but it’s incredibly frustrating to discover they are not a legitimate business.
