I never received my shipment. I ordered from this service a year ago; it took three months to receive my order after several emails. I placed another order two months ago and have yet to receive any shipping updates. Their support form is offline, preventing me from contacting them. I still have their email from my last order, but they haven’t responded to any of my messages after a month. This service deserves investigation for potential scam behavior.
