My first and only experience with Freshly has been appalling from beginning to end. I received a Freshly gift card from a friend and these are all of the problems I've encountered:-The gift card didn't work and generated an error when I was attempting to check out.-I reached out to what I thought was Freshly Customer Service for help with the gift card, but after a few exchanges I was told I had contacted the gift card service Freshly employs called CashStar. I was directed to contact Freshly directly. There was no indication that I had contacted the wrong service in the first place, I simply clicked on a support link that was provided to me.-I reached out to Freshly who first claimed that the gift card had already been redeemed. The support representative then provided me with order details and an email address for an entirely different customer - a shocking disregard for security which makes me very uncomfortable ever providing a form of payment to this company.-After I clarified that I was given the wrong customer's order information, the Freshly representative advised me that I would need to contact CashStar for help with my gift card, despite the fact that CashStar directed me to Freshly. Neither company was willing to assist me and both were just pushing me off to someone else.-After I pushed back against being redirected back to CashStar, the Freshly rep finally, for the very first time, asked me for details about the gift card.-All along, I was attempting to use the gift card on my own at every step of this process. Before the Freshly rep was able to provide me any help, the card suddenly started to work, though I had done nothing differently than I had done before.-The package was delivered to the wrong house. I had to go hunting down my block to find my package and take it from my neighbor's porch.-I placed an order for 7 meals. Of those 7 meals, 2 of the meals I requested were incorrect. My order was for 1 Wild-Caught Fish Cake (received), 2 Indian-Style Chickpea Curry Bowls (received), 2 Four-Cheese Raviolis (NOT RECEIVED), and 2 Unwrapped Salsa Verde Burritos (ACTUALLY RECEIVED 4 OF THESE).-In addition to all of these problems, Freshly is extremely limited in terms of vegetarian options. The food I ordered was the entirety of the vegetarian options available (plus one fish option). Literally every other meal they offer contains meat. And to top it all off, the quality of the food I received is no better than a frozen dinner available in the grocery store for half the cost.
