I purchased a dress that appeared stunning in the photos but was absolutely terrible upon arrival. The color was incorrect, the fabric was subpar, and the hem was unfinished. When I tried to return it, they made it nearly impossible. They offered a 10% refund, which was minimal, or the option to ship it back to China at my own expense. Terrible company with awful customer service.
