I would have given a zero star if that was possible. Such a bad service experience by this brand as the bag was scheduled for pickup today, I left them outside my apartment in the given timeframe. The driver never showed up nor called us for the buzz, i’m at home trying to track and wait on the driver and suddenly i received a message saying the delivery has to be rescheduled. I need to know where and when was i contacted and why do I have to reschedule the delivery now. Do you think I don’t have anything else to do in my day except for waiting on the driver who apparently never shows up?
