First things first: fresh prep has the absolute worst sign up process i've ever experienced. They require you to pay them for a full order before you can look at any of their products or menus.
It's the most insanely consumer unfriendly approach to doing business I've ever seen - pay us $200 just to see what we do. It is mind-blowing to me that it ever was able to operate in the first place.
That said, the product, once you get it, is amazing. The food is in amazing quality, the menus are varied and flavourful, the prices are higher than competitors but still close, and the delivery is impeccable.
If you're ok with the worst, most obnoxious, anti-consumer sign up process you've ever seen - then you will be rewarded with a great product at a reasonable price.
Very thankful I tried them, despite their anti-new consumer business model.
