Lily was THE BEST customer service person ever. I won a bouquet in the “Give Them Their Flowers” competition and the first batch came and sat out in the grass because FedEx never notified me about them. I called but they respond to emails, Lily was amazing. She shipped a replacement and FedEx dropped the ball again, mishandled and damaged. Third time was a charm! BEAUTIFUL flowers, received a text that they were coming and was in tears as I opened an AMAZING and beautiful bouquet of roses and some others with greens. I’m so proud and happy. My car now has a “fresh sends” sticker on the bumper. Gorgeous packaging too!
