Lily was THE BEST customer service person ever. I won a bouquet in the “Give Them Their Flowers” competition and the first batch came and sat out in the grass because FedEx never notified me about them. I called but they respond to emails, Lily was amazing. She shipped a replacement and FedEx dropped the ball again, mishandled and damaged. Third time was a charm! BEAUTIFUL flowers, received a text that they were coming and was in tears as I opened an AMAZING and beautiful bouquet of roses and some others with greens. I’m so proud and happy. My car now has a “fresh sends” sticker on the bumper. Gorgeous packaging too!
I was in military training away from home but fresh sends helped exponentially. I sent a friend a bouquet and we were both so surprised and happy with all aspects. From the packaging, stem quality to the attention to detail and care in the card note provided, everything was handled proficiently. Hope to be ordering again soon!
Crushed, brown, and limp. Over priced for the lack of quality. Overnighted flowers do not come in that state unless hey looked like that prior to shipping. My kids were ripped off. They could have gone to any other place a purchased fresher flowers.
Very beautiful packaging. The flowers not so much. The first set was for a birthday gift and they arrived and only a few of the buds had bloomed. I had to go out and spend more money on another companies flowers because it was embarrassing to give that to someone. I kept them for myself and waited for them to bloom. They never did until the few that did died. I asked asked for my money back and they said they had a 72 hour return policy, which is interesting since it took longer than that to see if they would bloom. Instead they sent replacement flowers which was not what I wanted and a little too late for the reason I bought them. The replacement flowers were not the same level I had purchased and showed up already wilting and almost dead. Won’t use their company again. You can get much cheaper and prettier flowers just about anywhere else and with a vase.
I accidentally put the wrong delivery address and was so worried my loved ones wouldn’t get my package. They were on my emailfirst thing in the morning after my email and fixed my mistake. I’m so grateful! Will definitely use FRESHSENDS again!
