I paid $25 in next day shipping for it to never show up. It’s been 2 days past the delivery date and I still haven’t received it. I was really looking forward to trying this company for the first time. I don’t know if i will again considering how outrageous the shipping is it’s almost half the cost of the flowers. Comical that got this review email before I ever got the flowers.Edit: Fresh sends did reach out to me and appropriate solution with a refund. Thank you! I will try again in the future.
