I’m updating my previous review because, after the initial 3 weeks silence, FreshTunes support was very quick to resolve my issue. My account has been reactivated, and I’ve regained access to my catalog and balance.
However, I must leave a crucial warning for other independent artists: read the fine print regarding account inactivity. I discovered that their Terms and Conditions include a clause stating that if an account remains inactive for a certain period and it's blocked due this fact, a $100 reactivation fee is charged directly from your balance (or whatever amount is currently there if it’s less than $100).
The distribution works well and support eventually responds if you push, and when it does it's kind and quick solve requests, but keep your account active or you might lose your earnings to this 'maintenance' clause.
