I placed my first order and was informed that an item was out of stock, so it was removed. A week later, that same item shipped after I ordered it elsewhere. Now, two weeks later, I received a damaged item and sent the requested 7 photos but got no further response other than they would file a claim. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company as they refuse to acknowledge the issue with their packing. This has been a terrible experience, and I understand now why many prefer larger platforms.
