I placed an order for gravel for a water system 11 days ago and was told the next day that it was being prepared for shipment. After 10 days without any updates, I reached out to the company but received no response. I am now hoping to cancel my order. While the prices are reasonable, the shipping experience has been very disappointing. Only proceed with an order if you are okay with long shipping delays.
