Frustrating experience

I had a frustrating experience with this company. I received the wrong charging cable for an electronic item I ordered. I was told to pay for the return, which cost £27! After weeks of waiting for a refund and multiple hours on the phone with support, I finally got my money back, but I still lost £27 on faulty goods. Definitely one to avoid.
