Review Time
Not the best and delivery took a very long time though I think this was to do with customs though the communication was not good from this company. I thought it would be better.
I purchased the cultivating machine. The wand come broken which they replaced. 2 months after purchase get 10 bucks back with a 5 star review. How is this allowed? I have a screen shot of i can figure out how to share. That should not be allowed and reremanded.
The products originate from China. This isn't inherently wrong, but it is surprising given that the website creates the impression of being a German or British company. The prices are also significantly higher than for similar items available on Alibaba.
I purchased the LLLT cap. Unfortunately, I only attempted to use it five months later. The first test revealed it was completely non-functional. I contacted customer service one month ago. In response, I received repeated instructions to submit test videos "for the technical department." Unsurprisingly, every video clearly shows the cap does not work—it likely has a loose connection.
I have asked multiple times for either a replacement or a refund. We are not talking about a cheap product here! Instead of a solution, I was told to, "send another video," "test if the sensor works," "check the circuit board," or "put a piece of cloth over it." I am not joking.
I am furious. I am perfectly capable of operating a simple device like this. I am keen to begin LLLT therapy, but definitely not with a product from Freyara. I would rather order directly from Alibaba, where the customer service is far more competent.
I strongly advise everyone against buying at Freyara.
AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY OUTSIDE OF CHINA. The quality of the products is very poor, and 1. responses to legitimate refund requests are delayed, 2. minimal return fees are offered to discourage returns, 3. they do not legally provide the shipping address for returns, which can exceed the product costs. After reviewing feedback, the positive ones seem questionable. Please evaluate them carefully at your own risk. I would never consider using this service again.
The device malfunctioned, and the seller asked me to provide proof of the issue before they would agree to a return. Additionally, they insisted that I cover the shipping costs to send the device back overseas for inspection and repair. They also suggested I undervalue the device for customs when returning it and requested that I remove my negative reviews on social media in exchange for a replacement device they promised to send. This feels like a scam, and their online reviews seem to be manipulated.
I appreciate the support team's assistance with the refund process. While the product quality was satisfactory, it didn't align with my personal needs. Nevertheless, they processed a full refund for me (minus return shipping costs). A special mention for the representative who was patient and friendly while helping me resolve my issue.
After researching Red Light Therapy Head Caps, I found similar items at various prices. Although this seller offered a sale price £30 lower, I later discovered the same item available from other sellers for around £35. Their inflated price of £125 seems unjustified. I was offered a £10 compensation, but I find this unacceptable and will not change my review.
