My experience started off poorly — I cancelled my order within 2days, but the company initially refused, claiming it had already shipped, even though tracking showed otherwise. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal to get a refund.After that, communication increased significantly and I did eventually receive my refund. I appreciate the resolution, but it took far more effort and persistence than it should have. I hope the company improves its cancellation process and overall customer service going forward.I’m giving 3 stars because the situation was resolved in the end.
