The customer service is good, they respond promptly and were able to help me resolve my issue. Once you have purchased the device I highly recommend emailing them for a comprehensive user manual as the physical one that was included didn't have all the information, however the more detailed one included every bit of information I needed. The device itself (6 in 1 40k device with laser lipo pads) is pretty big. It looks very professional and was a cinch to put everything together. I also recommend watching some tutorials for an idea on technique. Little things like drinking plenty of water, and start slow! I accidentally had the vacuum suction on the back dial at it's highest (ouch!) I do not recommend, but once they have me advice I realised that was why it seemed painful at first. I cannot attest to the results yet, it will take time, consistency but I think it's worth it. And my skin clinician also told me it's worth using it but to use it often for best results.
