I purchased a table mirror with light for a client. After checking the box on arrival I noticed that plug is not suitable for Australian socket (even I checked on their website; they were stating that they send suitable plugs to every country). Contacted them right away by email and two weeks past I have not heard from them. Luckily I was able to find the right cable in Jaycar but costed me additional $25 dollar... on top of paying $350 for the product. After posting my review Company contacted me explaining that they were not aware of my problem as my email went to junk mail, they apologised and offered partial refund to compensate for trouble. At the end it is all good!
