Giving it 1 star as you can't give 0 star. My mother ordered something from them and was told it was shipped and gave her a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number seemed to be a dud and it just led to some sketchy tracking site. On the sketchy tracking site it said the "parcel" was awaiting customs in Belfast AFTER going through London and Manchester. After 2 weeks my mother emailed the company and was told they would send another one out. Did some searching around online. The tracking site was misleading at best and outright scam at worst with reports the tracking numbers were false along with the tracking itself. The address of the business led to a car park in Birmingham, yet the IP of the actual site was registered in China. Advised my mother to cancel all her cards and get new ones and keep a close eye on her bank account.
