I ordered the advent calendar 2025 Friendenjoy’s sponsorship, but the product I got was completely different from what was advertised. Very misleading and feels like a scam.I received poor quality acrylic yarn and no real customer support. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Bought a W resin light up initial with dried flowers in for my sister, absolutely disgraceful product, nothing like as advertised, sharp edges and broken glass on the back, its going in the bin cause that's all its fit for, dont bother buying. 25/10/2025. I have just had an email from the company asking me to send a picture of my ordered item to point out what's wrong with it, well they made it and sent it out so they know what it looks like. To be honest there's nothing I like about my order so they couldn't rectify it anyway.
Giving it 1 star as you can't give 0 star. My mother ordered something from them and was told it was shipped and gave her a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking number seemed to be a dud and it just led to some sketchy tracking site. On the sketchy tracking site it said the "parcel" was awaiting customs in Belfast AFTER going through London and Manchester. After 2 weeks my mother emailed the company and was told they would send another one out. Did some searching around online. The tracking site was misleading at best and outright scam at worst with reports the tracking numbers were false along with the tracking itself. The address of the business led to a car park in Birmingham, yet the IP of the actual site was registered in China. Advised my mother to cancel all her cards and get new ones and keep a close eye on her bank account.
The company’s advert looks wonderful, but inferior quality goods are actually delivered to you, with no means of return. Avoid this company at all costs, it has a poor business model, advertising is very misleading to what you receive. It is Best to go to a real shop and buy from what you can see.
Ordered a hand crafted letter which eventually arrived. I was really impressed on opening box despite packaging was broken. The letter itself was pretty when lit, but ... the letter wouldn't stand up and the resin along edges were rough. Contacted Friendenjoy as their website states if not happy they will make it right with a replacement or refund. Not so unfortunately, they offered a refund of £4 shocking!! Do not buy.
