My original ring i purchased had little diamonds inset on the prongs that held the main diamond. Within two weeks of giving it to my fiancée one of the prongs came loose. I sent it back for repairs. After it came back one of the prongs fell off and was lost. Sent it back. Was told it couldn’t be repaired. Asked them to make me a new ring with solid prongs. They did but charged me an extra $200. This was clearly a faulty design and i should have gotten a new ring for no additional charge. But they already had my other money and the ring so i agreed.
