I bought my fiancée's engagement ring from a reputable seller last month, and she absolutely adores it. I was a bit anxious about ordering in early December, but it arrived just in time, with a few days to spare. The packaging was lovely as well. I'm truly pleased with my choice to shop here.
My original ring i purchased had little diamonds inset on the prongs that held the main diamond. Within two weeks of giving it to my fiancée one of the prongs came loose. I sent it back for repairs. After it came back one of the prongs fell off and was lost. Sent it back. Was told it couldn’t be repaired. Asked them to make me a new ring with solid prongs. They did but charged me an extra $200. This was clearly a faulty design and i should have gotten a new ring for no additional charge. But they already had my other money and the ring so i agreed.

I recently created a custom ring through friendly diamonds and absolutely loved both the experience and the product! After picking a setting and selecting a stone, it took about 2 weeks to make and ship to me. There was a slight difference in the setting than what the listing initially showed, and after shooting them an email they provided return shipping and fixed it for me and sent it back no questions asked. The customer service is amazing! And the ring itself is stunning.
