I have been subscribed for about a month, and every delivery has had problems. Specifically, in the most recent one: (1) a meal was missing, so I received 14 instead of 15, and (2) they promoted free rewards on their website/app, which seem to have been claimed, yet I have never received them. I have already filed a complaint directly, but despite their assurances, no action has been taken to provide me with those rewards that appear to be redeemed. I am seriously considering canceling this service.
