I’ve been trying FRIVE for 4weeks so far and I am rather satisfied with them. Ordering process is straightforward and quick. Delivery is by DPD so you know your 1hour slot on the day which is useful.
I am enjoying the food which is very fresh and tasty. I also like the variety of food that you can choose from every week. Hopefully this will continue.

The first few subscriptions are heavily discounted, after a couple of weeks the prices are quite steep. Their meals are quite decent. Their beef, lamb, prawn, fish dishes are all great, but the chicken ones I found to be very dry, so I usually swap them out. I love their Thai basil beef and Sea bass. I also find their meals lack vegetables, but the meat portions are very generous. One of their deliveries sent out by dpd had damaged packaging, and the courier refused to deliver it. Their customer service was excellent and they gave me free credit for that weeks meals. I’ve paused my subscription for the moment, but would definitely recommend their meals!

Great support especially by Mary taking care of my issue, as I had to be away on a day delivery was already planned.

Only thing I’d improve is the DPD delivery sometimes leaves the package in inconvenient places or in a manner which seems to damage the contents, but this is not a Frive issue, hence the 5 stars

Frive must be the best company for customer service and it shows it matters to you. I love the fresh produce and the gains you get from eating it, muscle growth up 💪. I recently had a problem with a delievery, Onell was straight on the case to rectify and it was managed promptly and efficiently.

Decent meals, but awful customer service.

The meals were decent, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. The delivery service claimed my order was refused, even though my initial box arrived without issues. This resulted in me being without food on a Sunday. The support team sent a smiley emoji as an apology and informed me that my refund would take 10 days. As a pensioner, this means I'm left without dinner or the means to purchase anything. Truly frustrating and very unsatisfactory.

Disappointing Experience with Meal Delivery

We placed an order for 10 meals with a scheduled delivery date of January 18th. Unfortunately, the order was skipped without any prior notice. When we asked for a refund to our original payment method, it was issued to the platform's wallet instead, which was not our preference since we don't intend to order again.
Overall, the experience was quite disappointing: 1. Delivery reliability is very lacking.
2. There’s a lengthy 7-8 day wait between ordering and receiving meals.
3. The app is not user-friendly.
4. Customer support is virtually non-existent — reaching a human representative is impossible, leaving only a chatbot that can't resolve issues.
5. The taste of the meals was not satisfactory (quality was also a concern). For these reasons, I will not be ordering from this service again.

Continuing Problems with the Service

Following my recent complaint just last week, the support team assured me that there would be no further issues with the service. However, today we received 10 meals delivered (over £70 worth), and not a single meal was correct; none were what we had ordered and paid for. To make matters worse, they mistakenly included 6 meals of Satay Chicken (peanut-based sauce), which is a serious concern as our young daughter cannot be around peanuts. These kinds of issues have become almost a weekly occurrence with this service. Truly disappointing.

Consistent Issues with Deliveries

I have been subscribed for about a month, and every delivery has had problems. Specifically, in the most recent one: (1) a meal was missing, so I received 14 instead of 15, and (2) they promoted free rewards on their website/app, which seem to have been claimed, yet I have never received them. I have already filed a complaint directly, but despite their assurances, no action has been taken to provide me with those rewards that appear to be redeemed. I am seriously considering canceling this service.
